By using Recalchemy, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Overview Recalchemy Ltd provides a subscription-based platform for analysing recruitment-related conversations and enabling performance feedback.
2. Account Access Accounts are created and managed by our support team. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
3. Subscription and Payments * Access to the platform is via monthly subscription * No refunds are offered * Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
4. Data Use We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes recordings and user details necessary for platform functionality.
5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: * Share access with unauthorised users * Upload content that violates laws or infringes rights * Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
6. Intellectual Property All platform content, branding, tools, and features remain the intellectual property of Recalchemy Ltd. You may not reproduce or repurpose them without permission.
7. Service Availability We aim to provide consistent access but do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service. We may update or discontinue parts of the service without notice.
8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are breached or misuse is detected.
9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous month of service.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
