Welcome to Recalchemy Insights for Zoom! This guide will walk you through how to add, use, and remove the app from your Zoom account.

🧩 1. Adding the App

Method A – From Zoom Marketplace

Visit the Zoom App Marketplace.

Search for "Recalchemy Insights for Zoom".

Click the app listing and press Install.

You’ll be redirected to https://recalchemy.com to complete setup.

Log in or create your Recalchemy account.

Authorize the Zoom integration when prompted.

Method B – From Inside the Recalchemy App

Login to your account at https://recalchemy.com.

Go to the Add Call tab from the right-side navigation bar.

Switch to the Video Calls tab on the page.

Click the "Connect Zoom Account" button.

Sign in with Zoom and authorize access when prompted.

🔐 We use Zoom's official OAuth 2.0 system to ensure a secure connection. Recalchemy does not store your Zoom credentials.

🎯 2. Using the App

Workflow:

Login to your Recalchemy account.

Navigate to the Add Call tab from the right-side navbar.

Go to the Video Calls tab.

Click the "Add meetings from Zoom" button.

You’ll be taken to your Zoom cloud recordings list.

Click the "Process" button next to any recording to schedule it for transcription and analysis.

📌 We do not store or process any Zoom recordings until you explicitly select and schedule them for processing.

❌ 3. Removing the App

Login to your Recalchemy account.

Navigate to the Add Call tab from the right-side navbar.

Go to the Video Calls tab.

Click "Disconnect Zoom" button.

Your tokens will be revoked immediately.

From Zoom Marketplace:

Visit Zoom App Marketplace > Manage.

Find Recalchemy Insights for Zoom.

Click Uninstall.

🔐 When you uninstall the app, all access tokens are deleted from our system. Previously processed data remains in your account unless manually deleted.
